Terms of Service
By purchasing any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agree to my terms of service.
I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.⋅❦⋅ How to Order ⋅❦⋅
☙ | Order through Ko-fi, email, or any direct messages (discord, twitter, tiktok, instagram, etc).
☙ | Commissions are completed in the order that the requests are received.
☙ | Design process will begin after full payment is received
☙ | Most commissions will take anywhere from 7-30 days from when I begin working on it, not when it is ordered.
☙ | Works in progress will be sent throughout the process, see Revisions & Edits.
☙ | You may request that the piece be completed by a deadline, a deadline may affect the cost.
☙ | You may request PSD files in addition to your PNG at an extra cost.
☙ | Final files will be sent through email in a zip folder.⋅❦⋅ Refunds ⋅❦⋅
☙ | No refunds at any point after I have begun working on the commission.
☙ | Full refund will be given if I cancel the commission myself for any reason. I reserve the right to cancel or turn down any commission at any point in time for any reason.

☙ | I currently only accept payment through venmo and Ko-fi in the form of USD.
☙ | Payment 100% upfront via Venmo or Ko-Fi.
☙ | Listed prices are for simple characters with no backgrounds or single colored backgrounds.⋅❦⋅ Revisions & Edits ⋅❦⋅
☙ | Up to 3 revisions/edits per commission order can be requested at each of the stages listed below.
1 :: I will send a sketch when it is complete, at which point you can request pose or structural revisions.
2 :: I will send a colored screenshot at which time you can request color revisions/edits.⋅❦⋅ Usage ⋅❦⋅
☙ | No commercial use. No use as NFTs.
☙ | Give credit to Sluggish Designs (@sluggishdesigns on most social platforms)
☙ | The artwork created for you may be posted/used in my portfolio and social media.
☙ | I reserve the rights to modify, alter, and recolor any commissions.
